Character Guide Updated and Blog Announcement

The Character Guide has now been updated through the Tale of Urzkhal.

Also an announcement: Due to increasing work and other real life commitments, I am going to scale back to 1 new chapter per week, rather than 2.  New chapters will be posted on Mondays.  I didn't want to end up in a position where I am rushing stories or not able to plan them out well as I am writing.  I may try to do some smaller posts on Fridays that may not relate directly to the main storyline, but I am still deciding what exactly to do.
